Rajshree is a seasoned IT professional with 12+ years of experience in business analysis, IT infrastructure, and cloud migration. She specializes in IT Service Management (ITSM), vulnerability management, and process optimization.
Her experience includes working with the US Army, Digital Realty, and CTAC, successfully managing IT infrastructure projects while ensuring business alignment.
Currently a Senior Business System Analyst at ICF, she has deep expertise in ServiceNow configuration, Agile methodologies, and cross-functional project management. She holds certifications as an AWS Cloud Practitioner and Project Management Professional (PMP), bringing a strategic, customer-focused approach to technology solutions.

Senior Software Engineer
Christian is a Senior Software Engineer with 7+ years of experience in full-stack development, cloud computing, AI, and DevOps. He is passionate about building scalable, data-driven solutions, with a particular focus on healthcare systems, automation, and AI-driven analytics. His work revolves around enhancing system reliability, predictive analytics, and cloud automation to drive efficiency, innovation and decision-making.
He has a strong command of Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, and R. He has developed large-scale healthcare applications, including projects for the U.S. State Department's PEPFAR program, which serve over 800K patients across 600+ healthcare facilities.

Dennis is a Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience in UI/UX development, and AI-driven applications. He has led and contributed to projects across education, fintech, gaming, and healthcare, building scalable web and mobile applications with a strong focus on performance, accessibility, and user experience. His work includes developing My Performance Learning (UK), an educational platform serving 150K+ learners, including young offenders in rehabilitation facilities, and contributing to Yoco, a fintech platform supporting 200K+ small to medium businesses in South Africa.
